The weekend for me was spent working...two seven hour shifts. Although I can't really complain because I don't have to start until 10am which means I still get a bit of that long awaited weekend lie in. I work in a coffe shop that sells amazing cakes which is neither good for me nor my weight and I can tell you standing staring at cakes all day is torture. Recently I've come to the conclusion that it would probably be cheaper and healthier if I didn't work becasue come the end of the day when I get my wages I have come up with a mental list of all the cakes I want. I think next time I'm looking for a job it should probably be in an organic fruit and veg shop or something along those lines anyway. Happy monday.
Wonderful outfit I love the soft pastel tones within it. I envy you of where you work but I do see how it can have its downfalls haha!

ReplyDeleteHaha I used to work at a bakery and I'd purposely crumble their cheesecakes so they wouldn't be able to sell them and I'd eat them up in the back! You should try a tactic or two like that ;)

I totally know the feeling of having to look at tasty cakes all day in work. At least with these types of jobs we're on our feet and walking about burning off the cake calories.. right? ;) That's what I tell myself anyway haha.
